Action Items
Self-love comes in many forms. Like our unique hobbies and interests, we all have different ideas of what self-love means to us, and what actually makes us feel good. Today, we’ll focus on two categories of self-love: Mental and Physical.
Mental
- Speak to yourself with encouragement, like how you would hype up your best friend
- Avoid comparing yourself to others
- Take a digital detox for a day
- Allow yourself to feel emotions without judgment
Physical
- Move your body in a way that feels good to you
- Nourish your body with a healthy food — one that you enjoy
- Make one change to sleep better tonight
