Issue No. 02: Intentional Living

Intentional living is the practice of moving through the world with a strong sense of clarity and self-awareness. It means knowing what you’re moving toward, what you’re letting go of, and making choices that align with your values — so you can feel grounded and whole.

Action Items

An intention is a guiding principle for who you want to be and how you want to feel, act, live, and show up in the world. It offers a sense of clarity and helps guide your actions as you move throughout the day.

  • Intention

    • Decide on one thing you can do this week or over the weekend that supports one of your hopes, goals, ideas, or interests.

  • Action

    • Schedule it into your calendar

    • Tell a friend or partner for accountability

    • Take physical action

  • Reflection

    • Notice how it made you feel (and journal about it!)
