One of the pieces of advice I was given when my husband and I were TTC was to keep a pregnancy journal. Write all your thoughts, feelings, symptoms, hardships, who/how you tell people, etc. Track everything because not only will it be fun to go back through and read, but it will also be a good resource to look back at with future pregnancies, as well. I searched high and low for a guided pregnancy journal and could not find I was looking for. Until Seasoned Journals announced they were launching a pregnancy journal.... I KNEW I needed it! I have their engagement journal and that was amazing, so I knew this one would be just as great.
The prompts, the questions, the overall aesthetic... it is all SO perfect. I seriously could not recommend a better journal for such a special season of life.
This guided pregnancy journal is PERFECT for first time moms as it really helps you process things you wouldn't know to think through. It would also be the best luxury pregnancy gift for expecting mother's in your life. I will be gifting this to all my friends and family!

Being a first time mom, this is the most anxious and most exciting time of my life. I've been looking for something to document the rollercoaster of emotions and all the things little I hope for my little one. This journal is just that! It's feels very balanced and is beautifully designed from the beginning to end. I love that it has activities included to do with your partner and your family. It's incredibly engaging and encourages you to have conversations that are much needed. Highly recommend it to anyone who looking for a timeless keepsake!

Season Pregnancy journals are an absolute TREASURE. I wish I had it for my first pregnancy! I have seen many different types of pregnancy journals that just seemed tedious and didn't fit my style. This journal is obviously beautiful and its pages are filled with all the must have things I want to remember from a pregnancy. My favorite pages are the milestones and love the postpartum care tips. I will no doubt be gifting this to my expecting friends and for my next pregnancy!
