Job Title: B2B and Wholesale Sales Ambassador (Contract)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and connected sales representative to expand our reach within the wedding industry and retail markets. This role focuses on B2B and wholesale sales by building relationships with wedding professionals and small-to-medium-sized retail shops to position Season Journals as a go-to product for their clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Wedding Industry Sales
- Direct Outreach: Initiate contact with wedding professionals, including primarily photographers, planners, and videographers to introduce and sell bulk quantities of Season Journals, specifically our Engagement and Marriage Journals.
- Client Engagement: Book and conduct sales calls with interested customers, showcasing the value of Season Journals for their business and clients and introducing them to “Season Pass Vendor Loyalty Program” pricing discounts.
- Lead Management: Research, add, and maintain existing CRM of qualified leads for organized and efficient follow-up.
- Sales Growth: Work to meet or exceed sales targets.
Retail Wholesale Outreach
- Store Outreach
- Identify and contact small-to-medium-sized retail shops (e.g., gift shops, stationery stores, boutique wedding shops) that align with the Season Journals brand.
- Present wholesale pricing and partnership opportunities to retail buyers.
- Market Research: Research retail trends and opportunities to expand into untapped markets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience or network within the wedding industry and/or retail sales is highly preferred
- Strong communication and sales skills with a proven ability to build relationships
- Self-starter who is comfortable with independent work
- Highly organized
- Passionate about weddings, journaling, and meaningful client experiences
- Eagerness to collaborate, learn, and work directly with founder
Contract Details:
- Duration: 3 months with potential for extension based on performance
- Preferred start date: early January 2025
- Hours: 5-10 hours per week, flexible scheduling
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or commission-based, to be discussed
- Fully-remote, independent contractor role
