Does this journal lay flat?
While not technically a “lay-flat” book (like some photo books), the pages of The Engagement Journal open flat and are easy to write in. We have tested our binding to ensure you will be able to write with ease and comfort without compromising the keepsake feel of a hard-cover, linen-bound book.
What cloth cover colors do you offer?
Currently, Season Journals come in Dark Grey and Slate Blue, both embellished with delicate gold-foil stamping.
Are there any other Season Journals forthcoming?
Yes, our goal is to continue creating various Season Journals to add to our collection. Sign up for emails to stay up to date with our newest product releases.
Can I monogram this journal?
At the moment, we do not formally offer monogramming. However, we do offer monogramming on a customer-to-customer basis. If you are interested in monogramming a journal, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?
Due to the efficiency and workflow of our fulfillment team, once your order is placed, it cannot be changed.
Do you offer any sales or discounts?
We occasionally run promotions, giveaways and free shipping from time to time. The best way to find out about these is to sign up for our emails and follow us on Instagram!
Wholesale & Partnerships
Do you offer a discount on bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes. We have partnered with Faire to manage our wholesale orders. Please visit our wholesale shop to place your order. If your store has another purchasing process, please contact email@example.com for our wholesale packet which includes our line sheet, order form, product photography and terms. We have a wholesale minimum of 6 journals.
Do you offer a discount to wedding professionals?
Yes! We have our Season Pass loyalty trade program set up specifically for wedding pros. The Engagement Journal makes a great client gift from you to your couples. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss purchasing our product for your clients and mention you are a wedding professional.
Shipping & Returns
What are your shipping turnaround times?
Orders ship within 2 business days (M–F) from our facilities in Ohio.
My package was lost in transit. Now what?
If you did not receive your package, please contact customer support at email@example.com. We will work with our shipping partners to re-ship your order as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship our products internationally.
What is your return policy?
We take pride in our creation, design, and production of our products here at Season Journals. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for a full refund to the method of payment used when purchasing, less shipping, up to 15 days after you have received your package. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return.
