We are honored to have the opportunity to accompany our customers throughout some of their most poignant seasons of life — from celebrating proposals with the Engagement Journal and building their lives together with the Marriage Journal, to now growing their families with our Pregnancy Journal. The journey to parenthood is a significant milestone, so we knew we wanted to create a Pregnancy Journal that served as both a valuable resource and a cherished keepsake for expecting parents. This guided journal is designed to help moms and dads document their pregnancy and navigate the transformative experience that is pregnancy and birth.
How We’re Unique
Journaling for Mental Well-Being
The Pregnancy Journal is thoughtfully designed to focus not only on preparing for the baby’s arrival, but also on the well-being of parents. While babies’ needs are paramount, we believe it is equally important to attend to the mental health of moms. Mental health conditions and substance use disorders during pregnancy and the postpartum period affect an estimated 1 in 5 individuals annually in the United States (American Psychiatric Association, 2023). Our journal aims to help pregnant women manage their stress and anxiety through the practice of journaling, promoting overall mental wellness during this pivotal time.
Made for Couples
Similar to our Engagement and Marriage Journals, the Pregnancy Journal includes sections that can be used by parents-to-be together, along with dedicated sections for moms and dads or parenting partners. This interactive approach is unique to our journals, as many other pregnancy journals focus exclusively on one parent. Our research highlighted that dads and parenting partners also seek resources and support during this season of life. We are excited to offer a journal that celebrates and supports both parents through their own experiences of pregnancy.

How We Made It

We consulted first-time parents, expectant parents, and experienced parents to gather insights and define the themes throughout the Pregnancy Journal. Here’s what we found to be most important to them:
