May is Mental Health Awareness Month, so today, we’re sharing prompts to help nurture this foundational pillar of well-being. Mental health encompasses emotional, psychological, and even social wellness.
At Season Journals, we believe journaling is a powerful way to slow down, reflect, and create space for self-awareness, connection, and improved mental well-being.

Put positivity on your calendar
Optimism and positivity are indicators of good mental health. If you have been feeling a little more pessimistic than optimistic lately, try scheduling an activity you love into your calendar, specifically a week or more from now. Giving yourself something to look forward to helps foster hope and positivity.
