This week, many of us will gather to celebrate, spend time together, and experience new moments that may become memories we carry for years to come.
Today, we’re reflecting on the memories that shaped us, and how we can intentionally guide the ones we’re creating today for ourselves and the people we love.
This is our final Mindful Edit edition of the year and I wanted to thank you all for reading this year. I hope you wrote your way to a new self-discovery or tried a new mindful method. I have some exciting things in store for the Mindful Edit coming in January and I hope to see you then!
Warm holiday wishes,

What is one vivid memory from your past holiday celebrations?
Think about an event, a tradition, a celebration, or a milestone. Describe this memory in as much detail as you can.
Why do you think this memory stayed with you?
When you think about the memories that tend to last, what do they have in common?
Consider themes like:
The people you were with
Shared activities
Meaningful connection
Continuing a tradition
Creating a new one
An unexpected moment
An intentionally planned moment
A milestone
A first
A simple moment
An extraordinary moment
How might these themes gently guide the way you create memories this week?
Say It
Affirmations
Joy, laughter, love, and connection are ingredients for meaningful memories.

Create Together
Many memories stay with us because we made something with someone we care about.
Maybe it was shaping homemade dumplings, building a Lego creation, or decorating the Christmas tree.
It was creative. Hand-crafted. Warm.
This week, when you’re choosing how to spend time together, consider making something side by side — food, art, crafts, music, writing. It doesn’t have to be impressive. It just has to be shared. That’s how a memory is made.
