This time of year brings another season of change. For many, it’s back-to-school season — whether you’re heading to campus yourself, walking your kids to the bus stop, or dropping off your college student for the first time.
New seasons often mean new schedules. And while shifting routines can feel a little chaotic at first, they also create space for fresh habits and intentional changes. Even if your schedule isn’t changing right now, this is the perfect time to reflect on how your mornings can work for you.
