Whether your year flew by, hummed along, or moved slowly, I hope many of your days were spent living with intention. Maybe you started your mornings with a few quiet journaling moments, chose work that aligned with your vision, said yes to things that brought you joy, or spent more time with people who support and love you.
Intentional living is found in both the big and small choices — choices you can make every day. We’re grateful to be on this journey alongside you.
As we close out 2025, I invite you to take a moment to reflect on what unfolded this year. I believe deeply that self-reflection helps us make more aligned decisions for the future. So before you jump into goal-setting for the new year, pause to acknowledge what brought you to this moment. And, while you’re at it, celebrate yourself too!

Recognize Your Patterns
Step 1: On a blank page, create two columns labeled Positives and Challenges.
Step 2: Flip through your journal, planner, calendar, or photos and look for patterns. Are there words or themes that repeat?
Step 3: Place uplifting moments, feelings, and experiences in the Positives column, and note anything that brought stress or unintended outcomes in the Challenges column.
Taking inventory in this way helps you zoom out and see the bigger picture of your year. Use what you discover to spark change, and to lean more fully into what you want for the year ahead.
