Mid-Year Reset
I’m taking this almost-midway point in the year as an opportunity to pause, plan, and begin again.
A new beginning doesn’t have to mean abandoning old plans or goals. Perhaps you set intentions at the start of the year that you’d like to revisit. Maybe you’ve celebrated completing them. Maybe new ideas have been quietly taking shape.
Whatever this season holds, this can be a meaningful time to look back on the past six months and set intentions for the months ahead.
Find a comfortable corner, a cozy beverage, a favorite pen, and your journal. Then use the prompts below to explore where the year has taken you so far, and what you’re envisioning for the season ahead.
If you’d like additional guidance, I wrote the Seasonal Reset Workbook to help you discover what you need right now, set intentions, and create an aligned action plan for the months ahead.
Be well,

Start a Weekly Reflection Practice
Journaling is a powerful way to become more self-aware. Consider setting aside time, 10-30 minutes if you can, once each week for quiet reflection.
Why weekly? As you may have noticed while working through these prompts, a lot can shift in a relatively short amount of time. A regular check-in creates space to notice patterns, celebrate progress, and make thoughtful adjustments along the way.
Greater awareness often leads to clearer decisions, stronger alignment, and deeper trust in yourself.
Our Everyday Growth Weekly Planner includes prompts such as:
What’s working
What I’m learning
What I’m celebrating
Here are a few more if you’d like to go deeper:
What lit me up this week?
How did I care for my well-being?
What contributed to stress?
What am I looking forward to?
Where might I need to pivot, adjust, or reassess?
