Issue No. 08: Mid-Year Reset

We’re halfway through the year! It’s a natural point for reflection, realignment, and possible redirection. Whether you’re feeling energized or a little off-track from where you see yourself, this is your invitation to pause, take note, and set meaningful intentions for the months ahead. Let’s begin!

Journal Prompts

Pause and look back. Then look ahead with clarity. Use these prompts to reflect and reset your inner compass:

What brought me a sense of joy? This could be an event, accomplishment, person, collaboration, place, experience.

When did I feel proud of myself? Name and celebrate a few of your accomplishments — big or small.

What positive habits have been working in my life?

What is draining me?

What do I want the second half of this year to look and feel like?

What is one word or phrase that will guide me through the next six months?

Say It

Affirmations

I honor how far I’ve come and where I want to go.

I trust my timing and I believe in my growth.

I am allowed to reset and reimagine my path.

Action Items

Small, intentional actions can spark powerful shifts. Choose one (or more) to bring your review to life:

Revisit a goal you set at the beginning of 2025. Does it still resonate? If not, revise it or release it.

Set aside one quiet hour to journal, plan, or daydream.

Try a micro-habit that supports how you want to feel going forward (e.g., 15-minute lunch walks, no-phone mornings, Sunday resets).
